EVE SEEMANN
HEAD CHEF

Former Head Chef of Tredwells, Eve, completed her degree in Cinema and Philosophy in Sorbonne, Paris, spending time in London before moving here after graduating. She quickly moved through various hospitality roles after starting as a bartender in London in 2004 and crossed over into a kitchen role as Commis Chef at Sheraton Park Lane. This is where her passion for cooking shone through.

FRANKIE COBOS
RESTAURANT MANAGER

Originally from Córdoba in Southern Spain, Frankie made the move to London in summer 2011, he met Chantelle in September the same year who planted the seed to carve out a career in hospitality.

He's worked across a number of various roles alongside Chantelle and parted ways to join Soho House in 2017. Fast forward five years and add some valuable managerial experience, he returned to join the opening team for Apricity in 2022 where he has been delighting our guests with his charm ever since.

His mother always encouraged him to follow a career in hospitality and to attend hospitality school but he always refused. Just look at him now!

ZOÉ DONADIO

In 2020 she transitioned towards wine and cocktail development through Silver Lining and has taken the drinks lead at Apricity with a focus on all things natural.

Zoé is passionate about diversity in the hospitality industry and is the co-runner of a feminist bartending collective called ThreeAfter3; a platform for events, opportunities and education showcasing and connecting talent between women in the service industry.
