From Field to Glass: A Local Lunch at Apricity

 

Join us at Apricity on Saturday 20th June from 12:30pm to celebrate Taste of the City - and the start of English Wine Week - with a relaxed seasonal lunch honouring local food and drink.

The menu features four courses paired with a welcome sparkling and three English wines from Blackbook, London's urban winery.

Chef Chantelle will be joined by Sergio Verillo, Winemaker and Founder of Blackbook, for an informal conversation exploring the journey from field to glass - from growing and sourcing to crafting wine in an urban environment using only English grapes. Guests will eat, drink and listen as the discussion unfolds.

Blackbook are based just a few miles away in Battersea, and the afternoon reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful production, seasonality, and keeping things close to home.
